Renting an office in Brussels does not have to cost you loads of money; Sint-Anna Centre will prove it to you. Our rents range between 500 and 1,500 euros per month, depending on the size of the office space (15 to 70 m²).
The rent of our office spaces is an all-in price!
Including:

Office space at the perfect location
If you work in Brussels, you are aware of the difficult accessibility and the lack of parking space. Sint-Anna Centre in Laken is an interesting exception!
Our offices are easy to reach from the centre of Brussels, Zaventem and via the A12 motorway. Moreover, Sint-Anna Centre is located in a quiet, green environment with enough free (!) parking spaces.
A beautiful park, pleasant restaurants and cosy outdoor cafés all within walking distance. Our
receptionist will be glad to give you some tips for an excellent lunch break!

Do not hesitate to call in the assistance of our staff for simple, administrative tasks. Are you planning a direct mailing action? We are glad to help our tenants with printing, putting into envelopes, stamping and sending. Of course our receptionist will answer all your incoming calls. With your firm’s name!
Indulge your visitors with rolls or salad dishes? We take care of the order and the delivery.
